About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nightshift Team Leader to join our cleaning operations team at ABM UK. As a Nightshift Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning professionals to deliver exceptional cleaning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality cleaning services are delivered
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and plans to meet client requirements
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
