About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nightshift Team Leader to join our team at ABM UK. As a Nightshift Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning professionals to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning professionals to achieve high-quality results
  • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards
  • Monitor and maintain Health and Safety standards at all times
  • Manage equipment and supplies to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in cleaning processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a cleaning or facilities management environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and protocols
