Clinical Nurse Specialist in Cystic Fibrosis

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic adult trained nurse to join the multidisciplinary Cystic Fibrosis Centre team based at St Bartholomew's Hospital in London.
The successful applicant will work closely with our established multidisciplinary team to develop and enhance a seamless approach to delivering care to our patient group through their lifespan. This will be achieved through clinical practice, management, education, research, and audit, taking into account directorate, corporate, and national policy, and within the clinical governance framework.
- Demonstrate an understanding of multi-organ involvement of cystic fibrosis and the implications for clinical care.
- Possess a non-medical prescribing qualification or be working towards one.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist in Cystic Fibrosis will work alongside their senior colleague and the Cystic Fibrosis multidisciplinary team to co-ordinate the multidisciplinary service for adolescents and adults with Cystic Fibrosis.
The successful applicant will develop, implement, and evaluate a seamless specialist Cystic Fibrosis and non-Cystic Fibrosis bronchiectasis nursing service, aimed at continuously improving standards of patient care and facilitating multi-professional working.
