This professional services business is seeking a confident and professional Receptionist to join their friendly and busy administrative team. As the first point of contact for the office, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and messages, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate the distribution of mail and packages, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and refreshments for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Assist the Operations team with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of office software and systems, including Word and other productivity tools.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Front of house experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
