Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and relay details to the wider team
  • Assist the team with booking annual reviews with clients
  • Prepare information packs for reviews and meetings
  • Assist with queries to ensure great relationships with clients
  • Open and distribute post
  • Manage diaries for meetings
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to be a fantastic team player
