Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Guests: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly welcome to our hotel.
- Handling Guest Enquiries: Respond to guest enquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing Front Desk Operations: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Providing Information and Assistance: Offer information and assistance to guests on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Working with the Housekeeping Team: Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared and ready for guests, and to resolve any issues related to room cleanliness or maintenance.
