Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team at Premier Inn in Tonbridge. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming Guests: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly welcome to our hotel.
  • Handling Guest Enquiries: Respond to guest enquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Managing Front Desk Operations: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Providing Information and Assistance: Offer information and assistance to guests on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Working with the Housekeeping Team: Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared and ready for guests, and to resolve any issues related to room cleanliness or maintenance.
