Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide exceptional service via phone and email, assisting with inquiries, resolving queries, and escalating issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve queries
  • Evaluate and escalate issues when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service delivery goals
