IT Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Qualient Technology Solutions UK Limited in Rugby, UK.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

The successful candidate will provide first-level technical support for our IT systems, networks, and applications, responding to alerts and incidents, performing troubleshooting and diagnostics, and escalating issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
