About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cardiac Physiologist to lead our Interventional and Pacing services at the QEH site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality standards for all investigations and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the Interventional and Pacing services, ensuring that the highest possible standards of treatment and care are provided to patients.
  • To work with the Lead Physiologist to develop and implement quality standards for all investigations and staff.
  • To oversee the implementation of state-of-the-art replacement of the Cardiac Catheter Lab.
  • To provide leadership for complex pacing implant and follow-up services, as well as training for junior Physiologist staff.
  • To ensure that all members of the Cardiac Department are aware of and deliver care in line with the Trust's values.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £83,443 - £103,065 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a comprehensive pension scheme, and a supportive working environment.

Location

This role is based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) in Woolwich, London.
