We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our managers and clients, ensuring workflow is kept up-to-date and managing files in a timely manner.

- Attend weekly meetings and liaise with clients regarding payment instructions.
- Manage files and maintain accurate records.

- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
