About the Role

We are seeking a Support Services Coordinator to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Support Services Coordinator, you will work closely with individuals who require support with daily living tasks, social activities, and personal care.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Support: Plan and attend outings with individuals to various clubs and leisure activities, such as day centers, bowling, cinema, swimming, etc.
  • Medical Support: Administer and monitor medication as required.
  • Personal Care: Assist individuals in maintaining their wellbeing by promoting personal care, including assistance with showering/bathing, dressing, arranging visits with professionals, and supporting with incontinence care.
  • Practical Support: Encourage daily household tasks, such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping, to help individuals maintain their tenancy.

Requirements:

  • A Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
  • No previous experience in care is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
