About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Commercial Officer, you will play a critical role in managing and administering complex contracts, providing business advice, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee contract solicitations, negotiations, and administration.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and mitigate risks.
  • Liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to manage contract-related issues.
  • Support audits and maintain thorough contract documentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in contracts management, particularly for major projects or complex agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial/contract models and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, report writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Active SC Clearance
