**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Home Care Procurement Officer. This role is responsible for commissioning and quality assurance of care at home services in the community.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Commission and procure care services that meet the needs of individuals in the community.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with care providers to ensure high-quality services.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with standards and codes of practice.
  • Respond to crisis situations and provide support to individuals in need.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure positive experiences with care services.

**Requirements**

  • Knowledge of the SSSC framework for persons receiving supports.
  • Understanding of the standards and codes of practice for registered care providers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment and respond to crisis situations.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
