About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Campaigns & Brand Manager to join our marketing team at Helping Hands Home Care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive engagement and enquiries among target audiences.
  • Contribute to a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform brand decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand experience and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses, and optimising resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, customer perception, and engagement.
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or a related field.
  • Wide-ranging experience in successful customer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and brand principles.
  • Experience in brand and PR management.
  • Exceptional creative and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Demonstrated project management and budget management skills.
