About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Loomis UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate a portfolio of customers, providing named account contact for all customer queries and requests.
  • Communicate effectively between customers and the organisation, ensuring service levels are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage and prioritise daily workload, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership of customer issues.
  • Utilise effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
About You

We are looking for someone with a track-record of offering exceptional levels of customer care, a deep commitment to continuous improvement, and excellent service delivery.

You will have the ability to work in a busy, friendly office environment, and be prepared to go the extra mile to ensure our clients and internal stakeholders are delighted.
