About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Gilson. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Process sales orders, manage customer accounts, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in ERP and CRM systems, with experience in using Salesforce a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
