The Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in Dunstable. As a key member of our Customer Experience Centre, you will be responsible for coordinating a portfolio of customers, providing exceptional levels of customer care, and ensuring that service levels are met.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate customer queries and requests, including ad-hoc and standard reporting.
  2. Provide communication between customers and the organisation across multiple departmental functions.
  3. Manage and prioritise daily workload, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, exceeding their expectations and delivering excellent service.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a track-record of offering exceptional levels of customer care. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
