Looking for a skilled professional to handle post-completion matters for residential property and provide administrative support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all post-completion processes are finalized, including:
  • Paying Stamp Duty Land Tax to HMRC within required timeframes.
  • Serving Notices to any Landlords.
  • Registering new owners with the Land Registry, including First Registrations.
