About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a Senior Nurse Coordinator in delivering individual packages of care for children and young people with complex physical health needs.

The post provides an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking nurse to contribute to the co-ordination of a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality, evidence-based services that meet the needs of CYP and their families.

Main Responsibilities

  • To work as part of the Complex Packages of Care (CPOC) team, assessing and managing the needs of children referred for assessment and intervention.
  • To develop and implement individualised management and treatment plans, using clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to formulate interventions and programmes of care.
  • To participate in training programmes and information packages for colleagues, healthcare professionals, and parents/carers.

Key Requirements

  • Registered nurse qualification child branch
  • Current Professional Registration with NMC
  • Evidence of continued professional development
