Customer Service Unit Lead

Job Summary
This role requires a strong background in supply chain management to oversee strategy implementation and maintain high service and quality standards. The ideal candidate will excel in managing customer relationships, demand forecasting, and S&OP processes to ensure smooth operations and proactive order management.
About the Team
Our team is responsible for managing customer relations and delivering excellent service. We work closely with our customers to manage order books and drive stability for bottling operations and our supply partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a regionally specific Customer Relations team
- Oversee the delivery of the Supply Chain strategy in line with company and Business Unit objectives
- Liaise with and work closely with customers to manage order books and drive stability
- Support Area Leader to deliver third-party distributor demand forecast and S&OP process
- Develop professional and productive relationships across all key stakeholders
- Monitor and deliver customer service level agreements (SLAs)
