Manager of Business Development

You will lead by example, guiding all elements of Adventure Leisure to the highest level and ensuring Mr Mulligans is recognised as a premier family-centric leisure destination.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Nurturing, developing and retaining the Mr Mulligans Hemel team members.
- Safeguarding the long-term success of the Adventure Leisure division for its stakeholders.
A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Assistant General Manager or Deputy Manager is required.
