Requirements:

To succeed as an Outdoor Pig Farm Operations Manager, you will need:

  • Proven experience in pig management, preferably with a focus on outdoor production.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide your team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive business growth.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for career development.

Working Hours:

This full-time position requires a regular Monday-to-Friday schedule (07:30 - 17:00), with a one-in-three weekend rota.
