About the Position

Vickerstock is looking for a highly skilled Risk Management Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with our projects, ensuring they are executed safely and in compliance with current regulations and industry standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with site teams to implement risk management plans, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and lessons learned, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development of project-specific risk registers, identifying and prioritizing potential risks.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to communicate risk-related information and promote a culture of risk awareness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to health and safety.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a comparable Risk Management or Health and Safety role, demonstrating expertise and dedication.
  • A relevant Health and Safety certification, showcasing a strong foundation in the field.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and tools, such as hazard identification and control measures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and influence behavior change.
  • A valid full driving license, enabling flexibility and mobility.
