About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team at Finning, the largest CAT dealer in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our field service department, you will be responsible for providing expert diagnostic and repair services for Caterpillar products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site diagnostic and repair services for heavy equipment and machinery
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Utilize specialized equipment and software to diagnose and repair complex issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of customer issues

Requirements

  • Heavy equipment operating knowledge and experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of field-based diagnosis tools and equipment
  • LDV driving license
