Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team at Finning International. As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for providing expert repair and maintenance services to our customers' heavy equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues with heavy equipment and machinery
  • Provide comprehensive quotes and estimates to customers for repair and maintenance services
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Utilize specialized equipment and software to diagnose and repair equipment
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Apprentice-trained engineer or formally trained with NVQ Level 3
  • Experience working with heavy equipment and machinery
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
