Job Summary

The London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join their team. This role will involve working with patients in the community, providing rehabilitation services and promoting independence.

About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • To assess and develop individualised plans for patients, taking into account their physical and mental needs.
  • To work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • To utilise digital technology to monitor patients' progress and make informed decisions about their treatment.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Experience of working in a community setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
Salary

The salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
