About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable qualified Specialist Community Public Health Nurse to join our caring and progressive Health Visiting service in the Tonbridge and Malling area. As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, you will provide support to families with children aged zero to five, working as part of a team to keep children safe and well.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to antenatal and postnatal care programs
  • Complete HCP mandated reviews, packages of care, and support in the supervision/line management and development of colleagues
  • Undertake a range of competent clinical and non-clinical interventions to support the outcomes for families and the service
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings
  • Build relationships with colleagues to enhance team working

We are looking for a qualified Specialist Community Public Health Nurse with:

Registered healthcare professional (NMC registration)Health-related degree and evidence of relevant postgraduate development at Level 6Evidence of Specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice
