About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Community Public Health Nurse to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to families and children in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to antenatal and postnatal care programs, ensuring the best possible outcomes for mothers and babies.
  • Complete HCP mandated reviews, packages of care, and support the supervision and development of colleagues.
  • Undertake a range of clinical and non-clinical interventions to support the outcomes for families and the service.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings, building relationships with colleagues to enhance team working.
Requirements
  • Registered healthcare professional (NMC registration) with a health-related degree and evidence of relevant postgraduate development at Level 6.
  • Evidence of Specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice - Specialist Community Public Health Nurse.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the area of practice, with practical experience in managing health-related projects and complex caseloads.
