About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Community Public Health Nurse to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to families and individuals in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of antenatal and postnatal care programs.
  • Complete mandated reviews, packages of care, and safeguarding activities.
  • Support the supervision and development of colleagues.
  • Undertake a range of clinical and non-clinical interventions to support the outcomes for families and the service.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings.
  • Build relationships with colleagues to enhance team working.

Requirements
  • Registered health care professional (NMC registration).
  • Health-related degree and evidence of relevant postgraduate development at Level 6.
  • Evidence of Specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice - Specialist Community Public Health Nurse.
