Requirements
- A relevant degree or education, knowledge, and experience to degree level.
- Registration as an Adult Nurse (NMC).
- Further relevant training in speciality.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Non-medical prescribing qualification.
- Mentorship qualification.
- Recognized qualification in anticoagulation.
