We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Nexus Support in Chelmsford. As a Bank Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enabling individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs to live fulfilling lives.

Nexus Support is a specialist provider working alongside individuals and their families in the South Essex area. As a Bank Support Worker, you'll support people to live a life meaningful to them, providing opportunities to grow, develop new skills, and explore interests and experiences.
When not out and about, you'll be on hand for chats and advice to help when times become challenging. You'll need to be available to work a minimum of two shifts per week, supporting individuals at home and in the community. Shift patterns include earlies, lates, sleep-ins, and alternate weekends.
