We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Live-In Care Assistant. As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to live safely and independently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Assist clients with practical tasks, such as shopping, housework, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
Maintain accurate records of client care and support, as required.
Requirements
Previous experience of working in a care setting, preferably in a live-in care role.
A caring and compassionate approach to care, with a focus on promoting the independence and well-being of clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as required.
