Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Insurance Services Coordinator to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional claims experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering prompt, accurate, and efficient claims services to benefit the company, its clients, and the broader market.
  • Managing claims with limited supervision, handling complex claims under supervision, and escalating as necessary.
  • Negotiating claims with markets to enhance client retention and providing advice on claims when required.
  • Ensuring timely processing of all claims documents, responding to inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and markets.
  • Handling client monies securely, efficiently, and in an auditable manner, proactively managing payments, and collaborating with placing teams and other departments.
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems, preparing statistical claims data, and adhering to company expectations and external rules.

Automotive Claims:

  • Handling claims related to automobiles, including damage assessments, repair coordination, and policy administration.
  • Working closely with clients, markets, and internal teams to ensure seamless claims experiences.
  • Providing expert advice on automotive insurance products and services.
