Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Coordinator to join our team at Line Recruitment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling vehicle bookings, MOTs, and repairs, ensuring seamless communication with customers throughout the process. They will also arrange and issue purchase orders for third-party work, produce service plans, and liaise with accounts and workshop staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating warranty and contract jobs
  • Providing general reception support
  • Prioritizing workload efficiently
  • Delivering high-quality results on time

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, a strong focus on customer service, and experience in a similar automotive or logistics environment.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
