Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to member inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Process membership applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Update our Customer Relationship Management database with member and associate contact details, ensuring our records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of our CRM system and website, including the members' area, to provide support to both members and regional colleagues.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, minimum 12 months.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically and resolve problems effectively.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Database skills, including inputting and retrieval of data.
- Self-motivation and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
