Job Overview

We are seeking 3 dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Support Workers in Plymouth. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you will play a vital role in their life.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with service users.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary and Benefits

  • An estimated salary of £21,500-£23,500 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time).
