Nursing Assistant Lead

Gold Care Homes is seeking a dedicated and caring Nursing Assistant Lead - Nights to join our team in Hatfield. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting residents with daily living tasks, training and supervising junior staff members, answering nurse calls, doors, and telephones, reporting on client well-being and liaising with GPs, conducting regular checks on clients, and delivering high-quality personal and psychological care.
