We are committed to building long-term relationships with our clients and partners, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Care Advisor.

The Job You Will Be Doing

  • Estimating jobs to go onto the system
  • Working closely with external sales teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Booking orders on our internal system to ensure efficient and accurate processing
  • Creating quotes and proposals to meet client needs
  • Communicating with customers and clients through various channels to provide excellent customer service
  • Answering queries and resolving production schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Performing general administrative duties to support the team

About You

  • You will have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems
  • You will possess strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately process and manage data
  • Previous administration experience is an advantage, but not essential
  • You will have strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients and customers
  • You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
