Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning and delivery, and providing individualized support to students as needed.
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being, and encouraging student engagement and participation.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to support students' academic and personal growth.

  • A strong understanding of the principles of inclusion and diversity, with the ability to adapt to the needs of students from a range of backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
