We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Supporting Young Minds. As an Education Support Specialist at Randstad Education, you will play a vital role in helping children reach their full potential.
About the Job:
- You will be responsible for supporting teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning, and conducting student assessments.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop strategies for improving student outcomes.
- Help students with their academic progress by providing individualized support and guidance.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to participate and engage with educational content.
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK is a must.
- A teaching degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building strong relationships with students and staff.
- The ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
