About the Job

Dunbar Education is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic SEN specialist to join our team in Ware. As an SEN specialist, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to ensure that students with SEN receive the support they need to succeed.

Your Responsibilities
  • Implementing EHCPs and tracking student progress through regular assessments.
  • Delivering interventions to help students access the curriculum effectively.
Our Requirements
  • A relevant qualification in education or SEN (e.g., Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, PGCE, or similar).
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
