Housing Manager Professional

We are seeking a skilled Social Housing Site Manager to join our client's thriving and expanding team. Our client is a well-established, prestigious property management company based in the UK, with over 20 years of experience in property procurement and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle queries related to property maintenance and repairs.
• Manage a total of 89 flats, ensuring high standards are met.
• Conduct daily inspections of the building, monitoring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Coordinate bookings for new tenants moving into the building, facilitating smooth transitions.
• Inspect individual flats to ensure they meet required standards, handling any necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Oversee void properties and re-lets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, prioritizing tenant and staff safety.
• Carrying out regular checks of communal areas, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Requirements:
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
• Proactive and able to take initiative to solve problems effectively.
• Personable with excellent communication skills, capable of building positive relationships with tenants and colleagues.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in property management or social housing.
• Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and committed to ensuring compliance.
• Familiar with void property management and tenant processes, including check-ins and check-outs.
This role offers a competitive salary of £26,000-£30,000, depending on experience, along with various benefits, including work mobile, on-site parking, and access to a 24-hour therapist.
