Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade Support Executive to join our growing Trade Engagement team at Umbrella Functional Consulting & Support Team. As a Trade Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Trade engagement partners, taking on administrative tasks such as reporting and analysis, training sessions, trade events, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to Trade Engagement Partners, including data entry, report preparation, and data analysis.
  2. Vista Portal Support: Assist travel agents with their queries and provide support with Vista Portal, including training sessions and data preparation.
  3. Trade Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating trade events, including logistics and communication with stakeholders.
  4. Training and Development: Design and conduct training sessions for travel agent partners on Vista Portal and other trade-related topics.

Requirements:

  1. Time Management: Demonstrate good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  2. Technical Skills: Possess good understanding and confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  3. Travel Sales Experience: Have previous experience in travel sales or a related field.
