Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing exceptional support to our residents
  2. Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas, stores, back office, staff room, and outside spaces
  3. Responding to resident queries in a polite and friendly manner
  4. Recording complaints, comments, and special requests in the daily handover log
