Care Support Specialist

As a highly skilled Care Support Specialist at our esteemed care home, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, while also ensuring that each resident receives personalized attention and care.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual who can provide high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Care Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others, while also developing your skills and career in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Requirements- A minimum of 6 months experience of caring for older people
- An ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
