About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Manager to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of a care unit
- Support with clinical duties, including medication management and care planning
- Lead and motivate a team of care assistants
- Provide training and supervision to new staff members
- Build relationships with residents, families, and external teams
- NVQ3 in care or equivalent
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Prior experience in a care setting
- Competitive salary of £11.54 per hour
