About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Visit Coordinator to join our team at Jamie's Farm Monmouth. As a key member of our Delivery Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering our programme to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver programme activities to young people, ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Work closely with the Senior Visit Coordinators at other Jamie's Farms and the HQ-based Operations team to ensure smooth delivery of the programme
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and partners to support programme delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programme policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in programme delivery and coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
