About the Role

This multifaceted role involves delivering venue finding services to our customers, assisting in the planning of events for both corporate and VIP bookers. You will respond to event briefs, create proposals, attend site visits, and build relationships to ensure the seamless execution of our clients' events.

Responsibilities

  • Venue Finding: Find the best venue for our customer's event briefs by staying up-to-date with the latest and most interesting venues across the UK.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, venues, and suppliers to ensure access to VIP experiences for our concierge customers.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their preferences, recommend dining options, and assist with special requests.
  • Concierge Service: Run the Concierge service in a professional and effective manner, keeping all relevant parties up-to-date with enquiry timelines.
  • Customer Growth: Define and grow our corporate and VIP customer audience.
  • Communication: Own the communication to our corporate and VIP customer audience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales and editorial, to support integrated concierge campaigns.

Requirements

  • Knowledge: Knowledge of London restaurants, private rooms, and venues.
  • Technical Skills: Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and strong proficiency with computers.
  • Experience: Experience in customer service roles and the hospitality industry working with event venues or in an event organizing role.
