Venue Booking Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to join our office-based team at SLS Recruitment. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for booking venues for our sales team to attend, building relationships with event organizers, and analyzing sales data to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling warm leads and building relationships with event organizers and decision makers
- Conducting research and calling cold leads to generate new venue options
- Building rapport with decision makers and creating B2B relationships with sales venues
- Analyzing sales data and feedback to inform venue decisions
- Working independently and as part of a team to support the sales teams and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and maintain a high work ethic
- Highly organized and solution-oriented
- Experience in a call centre, recruitment, or sales environment (not required but desirable)
