We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team, including answering customer calls, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries
- Manage paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
